Content and Tasks:

  • A practical training with a focus on insurance at our location in Kornwestheim
  • You will go through various departments and learn how to process applications, manage insurance portfolios, and handle claims
  • You will learn how to handle customer inquiries in writing and over the phone
  • After completing the training, you will have various opportunities for further education, such as studying to become an insurance specialist, insurance business administrator, or business administrator

Expectations:

  • High school diploma or equivalent for additional qualification as a financial assistant
  • Good secondary school leaving certificate
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting
  • High level of initiative and reliability
  • Willingness to take on responsibility
Training duration: 2.5 years
