- Build a strong sales pipeline by lead generation through door-to-door canvassing, generating referrals, cold calling, participating in community events, and more.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Document new leads, calls, and meetings with prospects in HubSpot.
- Manage and expand Sales Team from lead generation and appointment setters to closing the sale deal closers.
- Educate potential customers about the benefits of transitioning to solar energy and guide them through the sales process.
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the customers lifecycle.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer sales team satisfaction and project success.
- BA's High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 4+ years of successful Solar Sales experience.
- Must live in the Boston area or be willing to travel to the city frequently.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Spanish.
- Extensive solar lead generation canvassing experience is a must.
- Successful and solid experience in closing residential solar deals is a must.
- Self-driven and motivated work ethic.
- Go-getter attitude and a mindset of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to provide at least three references.

Our experienced team of professionals is enthusiastic about clean energy and sustainability.
As our Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our solar energy systems to residential customers.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
Base Salary starting at $50,000 plus Uncapped Sales Commissions. Commissions and overrides can add up on top of your base salary.
Hybrid work model with 3 days in our Woburn office. This position requires working evenings and Saturdays.
Full company support to exponentially grow company monthly and yearly sales.
