- Bachelor's degree and 3 - 5 years of experience in development, alumni relations, business development/sales or a related field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

- Develops, maintains, and executes annual giving fundraising and friend-raising for the Foundation, including the internal Employee Giving Campaign, Direct Mail Campaign, Corporate Sponsorship program, Giving Tuesday, and other annual giving activities. Tracks progress to plan through identified performance measures, including but not limited to income by fundraising category and constituency, number/percentage of new donors, number/percentage of retained donors, and fundraising efficiency (cost to raise $1) for annual fund activities. Related duties to fund/friend-raising include marketing and communications, social media, script writing, strategic relationship building and volunteer management.
- Maintains confidentiality of privileged information and adheres to applicable privacy laws
- Assists with Foundation fundraising events including Gala, Annual Golf Outing, and other events as applicable. Assists with recruitment and training of volunteers for committees and event support.
- Designs and executes Foundation's stewardship program for annual giving, including appropriate recognition in print, web, social media, and physical spaces as appropriate.
- Oversees Foundation's scholarship and grant making programs, working with relevant stakeholders in department (Executive Assistant) and Financial Aid & Scholarships office to maintain information regarding scholarship allocations, selection criteria, and budgets. Serves as staff partner to chair of Scholarship and Grants committee to engage board members in the process. Works in conjunction with the Office of Financial Aid to share relevant information to assist them with the scholarship award process. Cultivates and stewards annual scholarship donors.
