Job Summary

  • The Integration Specialist will support the Chief Integrations Officer by executing a variety of operational and strategic tasks aimed at improving integration across various departments. This role will manage daily administrative tasks, ensure smooth communication within the team, and assist with project management and strategic initiatives.
  • This position may also support other executives, such as the CFO, during periods of downtime or as part of broader organizational initiatives.
    Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a business support role, preferably in business systems analysis, integration, executive support, or project management.
  • Proficient with project management tools (Click-Up experience preferred) and data analysis tools.
  • Technical aptitude to assist with system integrations and configurations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and adept at facilitating stakeholder interactions.
  • Proactive problemsolving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Experience in process optimization and change management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools
  • Strong project management, organization, and documentation abilities

Performance Responsibilities

  • Act as a meeting scribe utilizing AI notetaking assistants to ensure accurate records and action items.
  • Manage todo lists and projects using Click-Up to ensure progress and timely completion of tasks.
  • Create and refine PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
  • Conduct general and targeted research to support decisionmaking across various functions.
  • Support CIO roles including Financial Analyst, Compensation Analyst, Director of Project Management, and others as needed.
  • Facilitate legal reviews, sales commission analysis, estimating, and executive sponsorship tasks.
  • Assist in annual and strategic planning, due diligence, scheduling, reporting, workflow design, budgeting, and data analysis.
  • Provide technical support and help with technology management and decisionmaking.
  • Escalate risks, barriers, and resourcing needs.
