Job Description:


  • Location: Am Ringpark 1B, 01640 Coswig, Saxony
  • Employment type: Parttime
  • Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities:


  • Provide basic and treatment nursing care, as well as activating care.
  • Assess the physical and mental condition of patients and provide appropriate treatment.
  • Care for and assist patients in their daily activities.
  • Mobilize patients.
  • Help with household tasks.
  • Support social interactions and accompany patients to doctor appointments.
  • Provide care according to SGB V and XI and assist with new admissions.
  • Create and update care plans.
  • Conduct counseling sessions according to 37.3 SGB XI.
  • Document care according to the structural model, including recording services provided.

Qualifications:


  • Completed training as a certified nursing professional.
  • High level of commitment,
