Hotel Maya, a Doubletree by Hilton in Long Beach, CA is seeking
Guest Service Agents. GSA is responsible for performing a variety of customer service-focused duties to facilitate a positive experience for our guests. Checks guests in and out of the hotel. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay. Upgrades guests, as required. Promotes hotel services, and amenities and upsells products to the guests. Is responsible for providing excellent guest service
Hotel Maya is a union property and must be scheduled by seniority. All applicants must be flexible with their schedule including open availability which includes working weekends, holidays, and PM shifts.
