As a member of our production team, you will be a key contributor to maintaining our renowned quality.

What you can expect

Technical and disciplinary leadership of approximately 70 employees in the vehicle assembly department
Conducting personnel deployment planning
Responsibility for meeting deadlines and budget goals
Adherence to quality standards
Independent execution of training and qualification measures for technical personnel
Planning and adherence to cost budget, participation in investment planning
Implementation of operational process optimization to ensure achievement of AGCO production system goals (occupational safety, quality, productivity)
Departmental responsibility and compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations
Leadership, production volume, quality, and environmental awareness

What you bring

Training as a metalworker with several years of practical experience and subsequent training as an industrial master with relevant technical expertise
Several years of practical experience in a leadership position
Leadership skills such as persuasion, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and quality awareness
Social skills such as confidence, communication skills, empathy, and team philosophy
High performance, commitment, initiative, resilience
Indepth
