Your tasks

  • Ensuring a smooth process in the visitor area
  • General mail processing
  • General administrative tasks
  • Preparation and followup of meetings and events
  • Support and organization of events, trainings, and meetings

Your profile

  • Ideally, you have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have professional experience
