    RideNow Powersports of Chandler, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, friendly individual to join our Parts Team Being a part of RumbleOn means you are part of the country's largest retailer of powersports, so if you are looking for an opportunity to work with awesome motorcycles and cool people where you have endless opportunities for growth, look no further

    The ideal Shipping and Receiving candidate will have knowledge of powersports or automotive parts, logistics, managing inventory, and excel in customer service roles

    Responsibilities:

    • Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material
    • Stock all parts and accessories in their correct bins and/or locations
    • Update inventory control system and parts catalog
    • Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.)
    • Ship all parts and accessories in accordance with the carrier's shipping instructions (i.e., route, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc)
    • Provide excellent customer service to all of the dealership's customers
    • Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, worked in stooped, crouched, or kneeling positions frequently
    • Superior Customer service skills
    • Strong data entry skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Previous experience with EVO preferred.
    • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High sense of urgency
    • Ability to complete tasks accurately in an organized fashion with little direction
