    We are looking for a Paid Social Associate with 1 year of paid social for a luxury or fast moving consumer goods brand to join a fantastic, creative team that is supportive of each other and doing amazing things growing exciting brands with paid social.     Employment Type: Contract

    Duration: 5-6 months initially with possible extension (many people convert to FTEs over time)

    Preferred Location: NYC onsite 2-3 days per week

    In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

    Plan, execute and manage paid social media channels, with an emphasis of Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest

    • Includes buying, tagging, optimization, and reporting for brands and responsibility of multi-million-dollar budgets
    • Collaborate with media agency planning teams to incorporate tactical media plans and insights into holistic media deliverables (i.e. plans, reports, etc.) that are regularly presented to brand and creative agency teams
    • Lead and manage daily media optimizations, collaborating with creative agencies to lead creative optimization process
    • Help manage the administration and billing operations infrastructure across social media accounts

    You will also be responsible for Measurement, Data and Analytics including:

    • Identify, develop and advocate for relevant pilots to support the brand and business strategies and learning agendas
    • Lead testing and analysis of social media campaign performance metrics, using internal social analytics and ROI measurement tools to optimize performance and meet business objectives
    • Organize, analyze multiple datasets into regular reports that deliver actionable insights and presentations to inform planning and optimization for future media and content strategies

    Requirements:

    1 year of minimum experience in using social media analytics platforms such as Sprinklr or native channel analytics such as Facebook Insights/Business Manager.

    Must have good experience in social listening platforms.

    Need to be a self-starter with proficiency in Excel and excellent experience working in cross team communications including stakeholders.

    At least 1 year of experience in digital or social directly managing and buying paid social for a major consumer packaged goods or luxury brand
