- Ensure processes across Service and Operations areas are documented utilizing Company standards.
- Author and manage Operations Policies, Procedures, Supervisory Procedures, and Reference Material.
- Partner with Human Resources to ensure documentation is updated and ensure new or revised processes are integrated into training documentation.
- Ensure timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of each document and report submitted on behalf of the Company.
- Facilitate Human Resources processes.
- Answer employee requests and questions
- Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommend corrective actions.
- Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientations and / or trainings.
- Track and maintain employee certifications including Basset, Allergen, Harassment, ServeSafe and others.
- Conduct on-site ServeSafe trainings.
- Maintain HRIS
- Assist in the payroll processing as requested and maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Associate degree in HR-related field required
- Act as a champion for company culture
- 3+ years' related administrative experience.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid understanding of MS Office
- Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Able to use a touch-sensitive POS System.
- Knowledge of the service environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds.
- Attend meetings and trainings as required by management.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
