For our office center located in
Frankfurt am Main, we are currently seeking a full-time
Location Manager (m/f/d) to join our team.

Your (future) responsibilities:


  • Organizing the office center (processes, quality checks)
  • Diverse tasks in center management, administration, basic accounting, and sales
  • General office organization and coordination
  • Conducting and monitoring monthly customer billing in our billing software
  • Providing topnotch service and customer care
  • Welcoming and assisting customers and visitors
  • Assisting with secretarial tasks (answering calls, handling mail)
  • Conference management (creating conference and catering offers, followup, reservations, billing)
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Leading and guiding the office center team, including trainees

Your profile:


  • Several years of experience in the office center industry, hospitality, or another service industry preferred
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Strong service mentality and team spirit
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Good knowledge of English, additional languages are a plus
  • Flexibility, team spirit, and independence
  • Strong sense of responsibility for managing the office center
  • Ability to organize and work independently
  • Sales orientation or experience is a plus
