We are currently looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for the topic of sustainability to join our headquarters in Bochum as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:

Development, establishment, and further development of sustainability processes within the company Implementation of an environmental management system (ISO ) and energy management system (ISO ) with the support of an external service provider Implementation of data management in the area of ESG indicators in preparation for future sustainability reporting and environmental management Coordination and alignment with relevant company departments and teams Your profile: Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a focus on project management and/or sustainability Practical experience in project management required Willingness to familiarize oneself with the topic of sustainability and new legal requirements High affinity and self-motivation for management systems Independent, proactive, and structured way of working Strong communication skills, team spirit, and flexibility Why PICARD?
