- Building relationships with external social and community organizations
- Representing Uplift Northwest at community events to showcase services and connect with potential collaborators
- Organizing on-site events like resource fairs and medical services
- Collaborating with the Missions Team to create and manage resources for participant self-sufficiency
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new participants
- 3-5 years of experience evaluating participant needs and linking them with social services
- Knowledge of available resources for participants in the Puget Sound region
- Ability to initiate and maintain partnerships across social and community sectors
- Previous involvement with marginalized populations
- Background in the non-profit realm is a plus
- Understanding of equity and privilege issues
- Capacity to work autonomously
- Proficiency in collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred

Uplift Northwest (ULNW) is a vital temporary staffing and support services organization, proudly serving the greater Seattle area for over a century. ULNW is dedicated to supporting individuals facing poverty and potential homelessness through services and training in high-demand fields. Uplift NW is on the lookout for someone to take on the role of Community Resource Coordinator, focusing on forging new partnerships with social service organizations while nurturing existing connections. The main objective is to establish and maintain sustainable partnerships to offer crucial support to our program participants. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, this role within the Mission Programs team demands adaptability and teamwork in a dynamic setting. The Community Resource Coordinator will engage closely with our social service partners and the vulnerable members of our community.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $29-$34 per hour DOE, based in Seattle with the option for one day of remote work weekly. The role involves community engagement outside the office. Work hours are flexible within the Monday-Friday schedule.
