We are currently seeking a NCP Lead Programmer (m/w/d) to join our team in Augsburg.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating the need for outsourcing based on required technologies, available resources, and workload
  • Defining the machining process, from selecting raw materials to determining the necessary steps for producing the final product
  • Developing numerical control programs and selecting the most suitable tools for fabrication
  • Assisting operators during the initial implementation phase and collaborating on process optimization
  • Identifying critical steps in the manufacturing process and working with the quality and engineering departments to mitigate risks
  • Conducting performance variance analysis, monitoring production times and quality, and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Diploma or short degree in a technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering
