YOUR TASKS:


  • Conducting operational HR tasks
  • Processing of arrivals and absences
  • Preparation of reports and certificates
  • Collaboration with authorities and social security institutions
  • Administration of personnel files
  • Coordination of employee health care
  • Recruitment and applicant management
  • Coordination of company training and further education
  • Maintaining statistics and analyzing reports
  • Project work on other HR topics

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed training in a commercial or administrative field, preferably with further education in HR or service management
  • First professional experience in human resources
  • Good knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
  • High level of flexibility and pragmatic problemsolving skills
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Good SAP-HR knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Office,
