The BAE Batterien GmbH (BAE) has been a symbol of quality and reliability in the international market for industrial lead batteries since 1899.

YOUR TASKS:
- Conducting operational HR tasks
- Processing of arrivals and absences
- Preparation of reports and certificates
- Collaboration with authorities and social security institutions
- Administration of personnel files
- Coordination of employee health care
- Recruitment and applicant management
- Coordination of company training and further education
- Maintaining statistics and analyzing reports
- Project work on other HR topics
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed training in a commercial or administrative field, preferably with further education in HR or service management
- First professional experience in human resources
- Good knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
- High level of flexibility and pragmatic problemsolving skills
- Structured and independent way of working
- Good SAP-HR knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office,
