Due to our positive business development, we are looking for a motivated
Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in an
unlimited permanent position at our
Munich location (city center, with good access to S-Bahn and U-Bahn).


Your responsibilities:
Close collaboration with project management, from creating offers to handling warranty issues

Monitoring and tracking delivery and performance deadlines

Placing orders with international suppliers

Maintaining and processing master data and order documentation

Preparing and handling shipping processes (including documentation)

General office organization and creating reports for management


Your profile:
Completed vocational training and professional experience in project management, order management, order processing, order management, sales support, customer service, operations, or a similar field

Excellent MS Office and English skills

Preferably experience with a CRM/ERP system

Independent, conscientious, and customer-oriented work style

Sense of responsibility, organizational and communication skills

Flexibility and team spirit
