    Lead our strategic thought process on organic and inorganic growth leveraging and/or creating differentiated strategic partnerships
    Lead strategic planning approach and key company value creation activities
    Organize, resource, plan and target, build relationships and execute strategic partnerships
    Partner with senior leaders (BU leaders, functional leaders, etc.) Drive standards for project execution and delivery excellence. Help establish a robust operating cadence, reporting and management system(s) that will deliver key value creation initiatives.


    Business Support:
    Act as a collaborate partner on behalf of the CEO and executive leaders (and a utility player) to drive results as needed across the business
    As/when appropriate, key ad hoc analysis around major business issues, decisions

    Drive continuous improvement to maximize organizational capabilities and realize financial gains
    Provide hands-on oversight of projects to ensure timely execution, follow-up, and closure of issues
    Assure that efforts to improve the efficiency of the company is emphasized through creative organizational management, effective use of tools, appropriate training, and continuous improvement
    Quantify that continuous improvement projects follow sound methodology and execution practices
    Work with international partners both inside and out of organization to improve local effectiveness.
    Devise innovative strategies to cost-effectively accomplish objectives while ensuring that overall efforts are in concert with company requirements.
    Manage risks and take aggressive measures to avoid incurring costs that typically have substantial financial impact
    Strategic planning and execution- demonstrated experience creating and executing strategic framework and methodology
    Analysis & Insights - Capability to perform appropriate analysis, which includes a data-driven approach to diving into relevant details while also being able to "pull-up" to the big picture and "connect-the-dots" for senior executives with key insights

    Problem Structuring - Sound capability to organize, structure, and clearly articulate a project or business issue in a manner that makes it more clear for team members to perform work against, discuss and/or make a decision.

    This also includes the ability to identify problems and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks for analysis.
    Partnership & Influence - Partner effectively with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.

    Develops trust of key senior and mid-level leaders not just by presenting compelling data and logical analysis, but also through empathy and active listening to others.

    Story Telling - Ability to articulate business issues and projects into a logical, understandable framework that influences, teaches and inspires
    Has the ability to communicate in clear and concise manner, as well as has appropriate "executive level" presence

    Process Management - Can effectively manage an initiative timeline, coordinate resources and milestone achievement, ensure teams are aligned, etc.

    The candidate selected for this position will be a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a demonstrated interest in learning.

    This person will also need to be a self-motivated, high-energy individual who can easily function in a high demand, performance-driven environment.

    This professional must demonstrate strong leadership skills, best demonstrated by the individual's ability to gain credibility with team members and senior management.

    Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related subject or equivalent; an MBA is strongly preferred
    Experience working in an organization with complex infrastructure, applications, and procedures in a cross-functional team environment
    Robust computer skills using MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with specialty applications for project and resource collaboration
    Sound strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
