    Position SummaryPerform maintenance, janitorial and labor work as directed to keep our facility well maintained, clean and safe for our employees and guests.

    Full TimePrinciple Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesSweeps floors.
    Takes out the trash and recycling.
    Cleans, sanitizes and stocks restrooms.
    Wash windows.
    Uses cleaning tools and outdoor power equipment.
    Lawn mowing, trimming, weeding and edging as necessary.
    Snow removal as necessary.
    Performs other duties as assigned.
    Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesAbility to keep company proprietary information confidential.
    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

    Effective communication skills and the ability to work successfully with a wide variety of people at different levels within the organization.
