    Description

    Job Title: Facility Maintenance Cleaner

    Company: XYZ Facility Services

    Primary Duties:
    - Vacuum, sweep, dust, and mop all floors, carpeting, and upholstered furniture regularly.
    - Shampoo carpets as necessary to maintain cleanliness.
    - Operate facility power sweeper and power scrubber efficiently.
    - Mop, buff hard floors, and perform stripping and waxing as required.
    - Obtain fork truck operator's license for handling cardboard crushing tasks.
    - Conduct daily equipment maintenance tasks.
    - Manage bulk trash removal from offices, plant, and cafeterias.
    - Dispose of cardboard appropriately.
    - Clean and maintain trash containers and dumpster areas.
    - Safely empty and clean ashtrays.
    - Dust, polish hard surfaces, tables, chairs, ledges, and baseboards regularly.
    - Clean drinking fountains, mirrors, bulletin board lights, and all glass surfaces.
    - Thoroughly clean walls, urinals, toilets, fixtures, and stalls in restrooms following approved methods.
    - Restock restroom supplies efficiently.
    - Perform any related duties or special assignments as directed.
