    Position Summary

    Perform maintenance, janitorial and labor work as directed to keep our facility well maintained, clean and safe for our employees and guests.

    Principle Responsibilities/Accountabilities
    • Sweeps floors.
    • Takes out the trash and recycling.
    • Cleans, sanitizes and stocks restrooms.
    • Wash windows.
    • Uses cleaning tools and outdoor power equipment.
    • Lawn mowing, trimming, weeding and edging as necessary.
    • Snow removal as necessary.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
    • Ability to keep company proprietary information confidential.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
    • Effective communication skills and the ability to work successfully with a wide variety of people at different levels within the organization.
    • Detail orientated with strong organizational skills.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee frequently is required to stand, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is required to walk, stoop, or kneel. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles, and is regularly exposed to extreme heat or cold, or temperatures consistent with outdoor weather.
