The craft industry is known for its high standards in training and quality, as well as its tradition and innovation.

The focal point for all craft-related questions is the Chamber of Crafts.

It represents the interests of its member companies, maintains the craft register, regulates training in various craft professions, advises businesses, and organizes a comprehensive range of further education opportunities for craftsmen.

The key to success is the close relationship with craftsmen. The Chamber works alongside them to find solutions to problems. Its main goal is to provide craftsmen with what they truly need. Together, a lot can be achieved. The Chamber holds itself accountable and regularly monitors the quality of its services.

We are currently seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Business Advisor for our main office in Regensburg, Germany.


Your responsibilities:


  • Advising craft businesses on the following topics:
  • Employment of workers from third countries
  • Hiring of foreign subcontractors
  • Advice on providing services in Austria
  • Creating and maintaining guidelines and information sheets for working across borders and employing foreign workers/subcontractors
  • Conducting webinars and seminars for our member companies
  • Assisting with the preparations and execution of our annual crossborder international event "Marienbad Talks"

Your profile:


  • University degree or equivalent (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma), preferably in economics
  • Experience in the field of international business consulting is desirable
  • Good communication skills and flexibility
  • Ability to work independently
  • Foreign language
