This position can be carried out 80% from home - once a week, the company would like to welcome you in the office to maintain contact.

Therefore, you should not live too far from the Swissvale, PA area.

To this end, our client operates a travel portal where vacationers can quickly and interactively inform themselves about travel destinations, modes of transportation, and prices.

Not every potential customer will find what they are looking for and will call the listed hotline - and then reach you (m/f/d).

Our client places great value on the quality of advice - therefore, there are no time limits for conversations.

The goal of your contact with the customer is to provide them with the exact holiday experience they are looking for.

Your tasks as a travel advisor (m/f/d):

You are the first point of contact for customers who want to book a trip
You individually address each customer and inquire about their specific preferences
You describe the destination, select based on food options and star ratings, advise on childfriendly or adultonly hotels, and consider the customer's flight time preferences
You provide detailed advice to the customer and offer alternative options
