Your tasks:
- Independent disposition of spare parts
- Correspondence in the context of order processing in German and English
- Monitoring delivery dates and order confirmations
- Maintenance of order parameters in the merchandise management system
- Correspondence with purchasing offices, suppliers, and freight forwarders
- Monitoring article availability and inventory levels
- Processing of reminders
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk, industrial clerk, retail clerk, or wholesale and foreign trade clerk, ideally with relevant professional experience in a comparable position
- Solid computer skills (especially MS Office)
- English language skills in spoken and written form
- Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
- Independent and goaloriented work style
