Nursing Team Leader (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Leading the nursing service in line with the needs of our employees, patients, and management
  • Taking responsibility for the management and organization of outpatient care, considering business requirements
  • Being a competent contact person for the integration of new facilities
  • Motivating, supporting, and developing employees
  • Planning, organizing, and conducting nursing visits, team meetings, and discussions with family members
