- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and recommending tailored marketing solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Proactively communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for partnership expansion.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from campaign planning and execution to performance analysis and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the Lead Account Manager and internal teams on strategic planning and campaign ideation, leveraging your understanding of client objectives and trends.
- Contribute innovative ideas and insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive client success.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or expanding partnerships based on client needs and objectives.
- Develop and present proposals and business cases to clients, showcasing the value of upselling opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and key insights to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
- Drive reporting by highlighting key performance indicators and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation and improvement.
- 2 years experience in a client-facing Account Management role OR in relevant field (project management, production, customer service, etc.) preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools and organizational best practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
