Order Management Employee (m/f/d) in
full-time - preferably in
Hamburg, alternatively in
Düsseldorf and surrounding areas.

What to expect

  • Processing orders for the shipment or return of hardware shipments for business customers
  • Tracking and monitoring orders until successful completion
  • Ensuring return delivery and booking in systems
  • Commissioning and announcements of technician assignments and ensuring adherence to deadlines (internal/external)
  • Customer communication throughout the entire order process
  • Implementation of deescalation processes
  • Creation and maintenance of customer orders in a CRM system and workflow tool, as well as documentation of individual process steps in customerspecific tools

What you bring

  • Technical or commercial training or a comparable degree
  • Ideally, but not mandatory: professional experience in order processing for business customers, e.g. in the handling of fixed network orders and
