SCHWIND eye-tech-solutions develops, produces, and distributes a highly advanced product portfolio for the treatment of vision disorders and corneal diseases. The medium-sized family-owned company with 200 employees is a technology leader in eye lasers for refractive and therapeutic corneal surgery and its products are present in more than 100 countries.

We are currently seeking a full-time Field Service Engineer (m/w/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

  • You will perform maintenance and repairs on medical laser systems
  • You will install laser systems and diagnostic devices domestically and internationally (worldwide)
  • You will train our service partners on-site and at the customer's location
  • You will provide technical support via our hotline
  • You will contribute to the creation of technical documentation and training materials for our devices

Your profile

  • You have completed a technical training program or have a comparable education - preferably in the field of medical technology
  • You have a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • You are a team player and enjoy your work
  • You are proficient in using computers (hardware and software)
  • You are willing to travel worldwide and are flexible and resilient
