    Description

    Position Overview

    This role entails spearheading the conceptualization and introduction of innovative products across various brands at ORLY INTERNATIONAL. The preferred candidate is an enthusiastic specialist in product development within the beauty/CPG industry, possessing a keen sense of trends and adeptness in shaping the product roadmap.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Innovation:
    • Lead the creation, advancement, and realization of products, ensuring consistency with brand goals; oversee all phases of product development from idea to launch.
    • Employ data-driven insights to pinpoint opportunities for product innovation and competitive positioning.
    • Supervise internal Spa trials for new products and color enhancements.

    • Product Development:
    • Act as the product authority on formula, ingredients, advantages, application, and relevance to the product lineup.
    • Spot gaps in the market and transform them into actionable new product development concepts.
    • Present product ideas and development progress to the executive team.

    • Market Research:
    • Provide ongoing insights on category trends, competitor analysis, and market data to inform color collection development.
    • Compile essential product documentation for go-to-market necessities.
    • Collaborate with suppliers on innovation, trends, and emerging technologies.
    • Ensure internal records contain up-to-date and accurate product details.
    • Utilize data analysis to build business arguments for new products and product development choices, ensuring each product aligns with market demands and preferences.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Aid R&D in the technical aspects of color evolution.
    • Promote a cooperative atmosphere by engaging closely with cross-functional squads and key stakeholders to guarantee flawless execution of product rollouts.
    • Execute any other duties and assignments as delegated.

    Qualifications & Expertise:

    • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
    • 5-7 years of product development background.
    • Proficient in data-driven decision-making and usage of data analytics tools.
    • Adaptable and resilient to collaborate in a lively, fast-paced setting.
    • Strong strategic, analytical, critical thinking, and issue-solving abilities.
    • Outstanding project management and organizational capabilities with acute attention to detail.
    • Creative mindset with a zeal for fostering innovation and keeping abreast of industry trends.
    • Flexible and willing to shoulder additional tasks when necessary.
    • Able to tackle challenges in ambiguous situations.
