- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a project management role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects across multiple business verticals, with a focus on IT projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- PMP certification is a plus.
