Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid On-site)

Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 per year (Based on Experience)

Job Description: As a Project Manager with us, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of projects across various verticals of our business, with a particular focus on IT initiatives. We are seeking a talented individual with 3 to 5 years of project management experience, preferably within the insurance industry, to join our dynamic team in Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management efforts, from project initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and risk management, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to drive project success.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively implementing contingency plans to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
• Support the development and implementation of best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for project management within the organization.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a project management role, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects across multiple business verticals, with a focus on IT projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality outcomes.
