Certified Service Advisor (m/f/d)

  • Compliance with the Porsche service core process (appointment scheduling, appointment preparation, vehicle intake, steering of repairs/service into the workshop, quality control, vehicle return, followup of appointments)
  • Conducting direct intake and informing customers about necessary work on their vehicle
  • Invoicing service orders and explaining invoices
  • Managing external orders
  • Active sales of service, parts, and accessories
  • Maintaining customer relationships

Requirements:


  • Completed vocational training in the automotive industry
  • Several years of experience as a service advisor
  • Confident handling of servicespecific tools
  • Technical product and model knowledge
  • Good organizational skills, negotiation skills, and excellent manners
  • Strong customer orientation, high teamwork skills, and flexibility
  • Familiarity with the DMS system "Carlo" is an advantage
  • Certification as a certified automotive service advisor is an advantage
