We are looking for you to join our team on site in Las Croabas, PR. Be the link between our bikes and our digital services.

Responsibilities

Your role

List the bikes we receive in our shop on Check if the components are correctly described and the size recommendation is accurate.
Support in customer service by providing prepurchase advice and aftersales support.
Optional: if you are interested, assist us in onsite customer communication. Welcome visitors and show them our bike offerings together with our mechanics, and provide advice on test rides.

Qualifications

Requirements

You have expertise in ebikes and are passionate about cycling.
Ideally, you have previous experience working in a bike shop or in sales/product maintenance.
You enjoy new challenges, work independently, and are goaloriented.
