For our client, a company in the Ravensburg area, we are currently seeking a Legal Assistant (m/f/d) for consumer insolvencies to join their team on a part-time or full-time basis in a permanent position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independent handling of consumer insolvencies
  • Assisting with the examination of claims
  • Correspondence with insolvency creditors (banks, suppliers, social security institutions, etc.) and courts
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed commercial training as a Legal Assistant (m/f/d), degree in Business Law or similar qualification
  • Previous experience as an insolvency clerk (m/f/d), business lawyer (m/f/d) or junior lawyer (m/f/d) is advantageous
  • Understanding of economic relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Teamoriented, good communication skills, and reliability
