To expand our expert team at Argumed GmbH, we are currently looking for a project assistant (human) from the health industry to join our team, with a mix of home office and on-site work in Munich.

Full-time and part-time options are available.

Responsibilities

Why do we need you?

We want to ensure excellent service and allow our operational teams (occupational safety specialists and occupational medical assistants) to focus on our customers.

For our "team of the team," we are looking for someone who can support and optimize our field team in technical matters and provide new ideas.

What responsibilities will you have in this role?

You will be our central point of contact for coordinating occupational medical checkups.
This means you will be the contact person for occupational medicine in planning matters and the key user for our scheduling tool.
You will be our "doctor whisperer," meaning you will maintain and expand our network of cooperation with doctors.
When using cooperating doctors, you will be responsible for the entire process from initial contact to invoicing with the accounting department.
