Tasks:


The job holder of the Service Assistance function is responsible for ensuring a professional and exclusive customer contact at the Porsche Center.

They are the first point of contact for service appointments and support the service advisor in administrative tasks.

They also act as a liaison between the After Sales and Vehicle Sales departments, ensuring that important information is promptly communicated to the relevant parties.

The job holder represents the Porsche brand and the Porsche Center at this interface between the customer and the center.

They are actively responsible for representing the Porsche Center, including as a host.


Main tasks:

  • Conducting needsbased planning of service appointments and customer mobility
  • Personal greeting of customers at the Porsche Center and directing them to the responsible service advisor
  • Assisting waiting customers (providing information, refreshments)
  • Providing information about service offers over the phone
  • Preparing appointments and coordinating with the parts department
  • Managing the appointment capacity planner
  • Creating service invoices
  • Arranging customer replacement vehicles and service loaners
  • Creating customer orders and PIWIS processes
