    We are looking for qualified candidates who are passionate about hospitality to join us at Summerlins premeir mediterranean restaurant - Naxos Taverna and Oyster Bar at Red Rock

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests.
    • Understanding and execution of nightly financial reporting.
    • Exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment.
    • Fosters a positive work environment.
    • Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership.
    • Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars.
    • Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage.
    Ideal Candidate:
    • Minimum 2-years experience as a manager in full service, moderate to high volume restaurants.
    • Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), POS and technology.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen.
    • Professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, and ownership.
    • Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date.
    • Must have Alcohol Awareness/Safety (TAM) card up to date.
