Description

We are currently looking for communicative and customer-oriented customer advisors (m/f/d) for the shipping and returns management department in North Alamo, TX.

Your responsibilities:

Processing written and telephone customer inquiries
Providing information on existing contracts, invoices, and the delivery status of ordered hardware
Concluding the handling of requests for exchanges, returns, and replacements of defective hardware
Managing logistical processes and communicating with shipping service providers
Documenting and tracking shipping history

What you should bring:

Enthusiasm for customer service

Good computer skills
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
