    Experience Level:

    Experience and Background:
    Strong proven background in commercial building construction, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
    Versatility in a broad-based commercial project portfolio, ranging in value from $2 to $20+ million.

    Technology Savvy:
    Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, email, Procore, and Bluebeam.

    Leadership Capability:
    Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and collaborate with field personnel.
    Proven ability to facilitate win-win solutions, maintain motivation, and resolve challenges or conflicts on projects.
