Under the motto "Strengthening human beings," our Supported Living program in Limburg-Weilburg provides support for individuals with physical, intellectual, and/or mental disabilities.

This program is designed for individuals who live in their own homes or aspire to do so. We are currently seeking a dedicated Educator to join our team at our Elz location.


Your responsibilities:


  • You will advise and support clients with various disabilities in all aspects of their personal life planning.
  • You will establish a supportive collaboration with legal guardians, funding agencies, and social environment.
  • You will be responsible for case management for a specific group of individuals.
  • You will work with clients to create individualized support plans and provide assistance as needed.
