- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including writers, designers, video editors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Anticipate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Resource Management: Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability. Monitor workload and adjust resources as needed to meet project deadlines. Foster a collaborative/supportive team environment to maximize productivity and creativity.
- Budget Management: Work to establish project budgets and track expenditures. Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising project quality.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment w/ project requirements and guidelines. Provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, risks, and issues. Facilitate regular project meetings and to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure all project deliverables are properly archived for future reference.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing creative projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Workfront and other project management tools Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Knowledge of creative processes and best practices in content development.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
