Your Responsibilities:


  • You organize our tours in the Mannheim area (tendering, optimizations, utilization)
  • You plan our resources and take care of deployment and absence planning
  • Managing courier invoices, contractor complaints, and monitoring contractor files are all part of your responsibilities
  • You create contracts and communicate target agreements for our contractors
  • You monitor KPIs and regularly communicate with our transport contractors regarding quality, goals, costs, and delivery and complaint rates
  • Your planned working hours are Monday
  • Friday from 8:00 am 5:00 pm

Your Profile:


  • You want to work with us to drive the success of our location by identifying and utilizing optimization potential?
  • You are excited to actively work with our station management and operations team to improve our processes?
  • You enjoy working in a team to optimize quality and productivity?
  • You are a transport manager (m/f/d), fleet manager (m/f/d), master (m/f/d) road transport, or have previously held these positions and have achieved success?
