- Maintain ongoing communication with client contacts around programs as needed
- Work with rEvolution service teams, other agency partners, vendors and third parties
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients that attribute to the success and growth of our business
- Serve as a supporting point-of-contact for vendors involved with client projects when needed
- Assists in managing one or more client programs
- Assists in the development of proposals, program materials and client recaps/updates
- Supports the build and maintenance of project tracking tools that serve as both a road map for client reporting and internal team organization
- 0-1+ year of client management experience at an agency, brand or sports/entertainment property
- Desire to learn and work in a fun, face-paced industry with constantly changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, to peers, senior stakeholders, and clients
- Flexibility to work long hours when necessary which may include nights and weekends
- Ability to travel 30%

rEvolution is seeking an Assistant Account Executive. In this role, reporting to the Account Executive you will be a positive, proactive and productive team member responsible for helping the account management team manage the agency's resources to meet and exceed client needs.
