In the vibrant city of Cologne, we are looking for a branch manager for our dynamic branch who will inspire and drive our dedicated team of four employees with their expertise in freight forwarding and leadership skills.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the branch while also benefiting from the support and resources of our headquarters in Düren.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • You will plan, coordinate and manage all activities of the branch in the areas of national and international freight forwarding, sales and administration.
  • You will conduct regular analyses in all business areas according to defined KPIs.
  • You will maintain close communication and work closely with the headquarters, especially in commercial matters.
  • You will be responsible for personnel planning, development and leadership.
  • You will maintain and expand the existing customer network.
  • You will monitor minimum requirements of the subcontractors, receiving forwarders and other service providers.
