    Job SummaryAs the Senior Chef Manager, you will be responsible for back and front-of-the-house operations at Rolling River Camp in East Rockaway, NY.

    You will maintain a quality culinary program and process all financial reporting.

    Duties also include menu development, inventory, purchasing, labor and food cost controls, maintaining sanitation standards, and personnel management; including, hiring, mentor, counseling, training, and developing.

    Please note this position is seasonal from June-August 2024Key Responsibilities:
    Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable lawsParticipates in employee meetings and training programsConducts safety, sanitation, and maintenance programsMaintains food cost, while ensuring quality standardsMaintains an active role in developing the culinary teamHandles purchasing and inventory controlsPerforms related duties and special projects as assigned

    Preferred Qualifications:
