Your tasks

Your daily tasks include supporting development engineers in using various, partly Collinsspecific PC applications, such as creating offers, checking documents, workload planning, cost control, and time planning.
Independently, you will ensure the input of projectspecific data into PC applications according to the project management's specifications, as well as monitoring the input of other employees.
You will independently collect data from purchasing processes from the specialist departments.
In addition, your tasks include querying problem situations and corrective measures, entering data into Excel tables and SAP applications, and forwarding them to the corresponding clerks.
You will also organize coordination meetings and participate in recording the results and creating corresponding presentation slides.
Finally, you will communicate the majority of your work in English.

Your profile

Completed training in a commercial or technical field or comparable qualification
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Teamwork; proactive and independent way of working
