These are your responsibilities:

  • You represent our company to our national and international OEM customers and ensure the prompt and competent handling of customer complaints. This includes methodically supporting our customers in error analysis and ensuring analytical determination of causes. In case of specific product defects, you initiate internal investigations and analyses, ensure necessary documentation, and secure systematic error correction. In case of installation and handling errors, you initiate and design necessary training measures or corrections of instructions.
  • You monitor the effectiveness of the measures taken and initiate further necessary corrective actions such as product and process improvements.
  • You track all necessary quality data and prepare them for input into customer internet portals. You also plan and accompany regular product and process audits by our customers.
  • Due to the intersections, you also perform error analysis and support production and handling of corresponding components.
  • You act as a competent contact person at the Gilching location and represent the quality department in the respective working groups.

You bring with you:

  • We are looking for a personality with several years of experience in quality management and an engineering degree or equivalent technician training for this position.
  • Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the aviation industry or in an industry with similarly high quality requirements.
  • As an analytical and methodical person, you are used to quickly understanding different problems and obtaining the necessary technical information to make informed decisions.
  • Your high social competence and teamwork skills ensure your success as well as your assertiveness.
