    Job Description
    Wicked Cantina, located on beautiful Anna Maria Island, is currently seeking a skilled line cooks to join our team.

    As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our menu and recipes.


    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning and chopping
    • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
    • Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
    • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
    • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

    Requirements:

    • Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook
    • Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
    • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
