We are currently seeking a suitable candidate for the full-time position of Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) to join our team at our Düsseldorf Wagnerstr.

This role will report to the Store Manager and will assist in efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of the store and achieving business goals.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting the Store Manager with daily store operations, such as opening and closing the store, managing staff, visual merchandising, inventory/stock deliveries, administrative tasks, banking, cleaning, etc.
  • Selling Dr. Martens products, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales performance for the rest of the team to achieve/exceed store KPIs.
  • Supporting the Store Manager in implementing and promoting a high standard of customer service in the store.
  • Training, developing, and coaching the store team to take responsibility for meeting performance targets (sales, inventory, mystery shopping, etc.), efficient processes, and improving the customer experience.
  • Assisting the Store Manager in maintaining a safe and secure working environment (including health and safety procedures, security measures, search procedures, etc.).
  • Taking full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager, including opening and closing the store.

  • Basic requirements:
  • Similar experience in Assistant Manager roles (preferably within a fashion/lifestyle brand).
  • Experience in coaching
