Your tasks - what you do with us

You are the contact person for our managers and business partners, as well as subsidiaries, for questions regarding the interpretation and application of collective agreements.

You are involved in the further development of employment conditions within the HOCHBAHN group.

You work closely with personnel controlling and create meaningful calculations and analyses for various scenarios.

You actively participate in HOCHBAHN's collective bargaining negotiations. You prepare for and follow up on negotiations, accompany the process, and evaluate the legal and business implications.
